The project site is located at 140 Imae-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam, integrating three apartment complexes—Punglim, Seonkyung, and Hyosung—into a single reconstruction project. The site covers 99,368 square meters and is planned to be developed into a large-scale complex with up to 39 stories and a total of 2,714 units.
This area is situated at Seongnam Station, a prime transit location serviced by both the GTX-A and Gyeonggang railway lines. The preparatory committee has included a proposal for a public contribution utilizing the Seongnam Station transfer center site as part of its second special maintenance zone designation. There is a plan to promote a mixed-use development at the station area, linked to the transfer center, that will incorporate offices, R&D, and essential social infrastructure (SOC).
The current owner consent rate, including commercial property owners, has surpassed 90%, and a business cooperation agreement has also been signed with commercial property owners. Building on this high level of resident consent and the public contribution plan involving the Seongnam Station transfer center site, the preparatory committee is also pursuing the designation of Bundang as a second special maintenance zone.
