Handok Adds Real-Time Blood Glucose Monitoring Feature for Medical Professionals to BarojaenCARE
Handok announced on August 11 that it has added a real-time monitoring feature exclusively for medical professionals to BarojaenCARE, the management platform for its continuous glucose monitoring system (CGM), BarojaenFit.
Through this feature, medical professionals can check blood glucose data from multiple patients in real time on a single screen. When needed, they can immediately access detailed data and patient-specific reports. This feature is provided as a standard function of BarojaenCARE and does not require any additional fees.
The newly added real-time monitoring function operates based on a web dashboard specifically for healthcare providers. Without installing any extra programs, medical staff can use the feature via a web browser using their existing BarojaenCARE account, and view glucose data collected from BarojaenFit sensors worn by patients on their PC in real time. Data is automatically updated at one-minute intervals.
The real-time monitoring service allows registration of up to 100 patients, and up to 20 patient records can be displayed simultaneously on a single screen. Hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic conditions are differentiated using colors, and the system also provides sensor connectivity status and data reception notifications.
Medical professionals can switch to a detailed view for patients requiring medical attention, where they can check recent glucose readings, 24-hour average glucose levels, and hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia thresholds, as well as instantly access patient-specific reports.
