Busan's Public, Private, and Local Government Youth Unite... BNK Busan Bank Joins 'Spring Board'
A platform has been created for young employees of institutions in Busan to break down organizational boundaries and collaborate on work innovation and regional development. BNK Busan Bank has also joined this network to broaden cooperation among public institutions, the local government, and private companies.
On August 11, BNK Busan Bank (President Kim Sungjoo) announced its participation in the Busan Public-Private-Local Government Youth Employee Exchange and Cooperation Body, 'Spring Board', alongside Korea Housing Finance Corporation, Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Busan Metropolitan City, Korea South-East Power, and Korea Ocean Business Corporation.
'Spring Board' is an exchange and cooperation body where young employees from similar institutions in Busan share information and experiences across organizations and develop measures for regional development, innovative growth, and organizational culture improvement through personnel exchanges.

This year, with the new participation of Busan Metropolitan City and BNK Busan Bank, the collaboration has been expanded into a public-private-local government cooperation system including public institutions, the local government, and private companies.
The participating institutions will identify joint projects based on autonomous communication and collaboration among their young employees. Key areas of cooperation include innovative organizational culture improvement, work innovation using artificial intelligence (AI), mutual growth and partnership in the community, and regional development strategies.
At BNK Busan Bank, the 'Junior Board', which consists of young employees, took part in the launch ceremony. The Junior Board members plan to establish networks with young employees from other institutions, share innovative cases and ideas by organization, and identify new collaborative projects.
A BNK Busan Bank representative emphasized, "Through our participation in Spring Board, we will actively communicate with various institutions in the region, share best practices, and further broaden the scope of our cooperation."
