Atlas Link Acquires Additional Stake in Korea Pile, Strengthening Control to 95%
Atlas Link, a company specializing in OTT, is set to strengthen its control by acquiring additional shares of its subsidiary, Korea Pile.
Atlas Link announced on the 10th that it has decided to acquire the entire 32.15% stake in Korea Pile currently held by Sungwoo Pile. Upon completion of the transaction, Atlas Link's stake in Korea Pile will increase to a total of 95.21%.

Korea Pile specializes in the production of PHC (Pre-tensioned spun High-strength Concrete) piles, which are ultra-high-strength concrete piles. PHC piles, known for their high compressive strength and excellent impact resistance, are essential materials used in foundation work for both architectural and civil engineering projects.
