As a result, housing redevelopment for a total of 2,334 units, including 433 rental units, will be possible.
The approved management plan includes measures to enhance project feasibility such as upgrading the zoning of the project execution area from Class 2 general residential to Class 3 general residential. Narrow internal roads of less than 8 meters will be widened up to 15 meters, and new intersections connecting to Yongmasan-ro will be created. Additionally, a children's park and public open spaces will be newly established.
