Man in His 60s Arrested for Fatally Stabbing Acquaintance at Game Room in Nowon District
A man in his 60s has been arrested after fatally stabbing an acquaintance during a dispute at a game room in Nowon District, Seoul.
On August 10, Judge Park Sarang, a warrant judge at the Seoul Northern District Court, conducted a pretrial detention hearing for Jeon, who is accused of murder. The judge issued an arrest warrant, stating, "There are concerns that evidence could be destroyed or that the suspect could flee."
Jeon is accused of fatally stabbing a male acquaintance, also in his 60s, during an argument at a game room in Gongneung-dong, Nowon District, at around 10:45 p.m. on August 8.
