Daishin Securities Acquires Additional Shares in Daishin Value REITs
Daishin Securities has acquired additional shares of Daishin Value REITs.
On August 10, Daishin Securities announced that it would purchase additional shares in Daishin Value REITs. This marks the twelfth time the company has acquired shares in Daishin Value REITs over the past year since its listing.
The continued share purchases by Daishin Securities are seen as an effort to demonstrate the company's strong confidence in the mid- to long-term growth prospects and stable dividend competitiveness of Daishin Value REITs to the market.
Daishin Securities plans to continue expanding its stake, believing that Daishin Value REITs is currently undervalued relative to its intrinsic value.
