Opening in a Vientiane Shopping Mall
Ediya Coffee announced on August 10 that it has opened its first local store in Vientiane, Laos, expanding its presence in the Southeast Asian market.
Ediya Coffee recently opened its first store in Laos at the Kokkok Mega Mall in the Patuxay area of Vientiane. The Laos flagship store occupies approximately 198 square meters. The Kokkok Mega Mall, where the new location is situated, is a large, multi-purpose shopping mall developed and operated by Kolao Group.

Since then, the company has prepared for its entry into Laos by analyzing the local market and consumer preferences, and by establishing store operations systems.
Ediya Coffee is introducing locally customized menu items tailored to the tastes of Laotian consumers. Recognizing the strong preference in Southeast Asia for coffee and beverages made with milk, the store will offer popular Korean menu items, such as Dalgona Latte, Strawberry Latte, and Nuts Cream Latte. In addition, new menu items targeting the Laos market—such as Caramel Custard Cream Latte and Matcha Cream Coconut Latte—will also be launched.
The food menu features signature Korean street snacks, such as walnut pastries, Bungeoppang (fish-shaped pastry), and Hotteok (sweet pancakes), as well as Buldak Cheese Panini and Bulgogi Cheese Panini. Korean-themed merchandise is also available, including tumblers featuring traditional patterns and keyrings inspired by traditional accessories—part of the store’s line of K-goods.
