On August 9, Yongin City announced that it had held the 'Semiconductor and AI Future Talent Summer Vacation Camp' at Kyung Hee University International Campus from August 5 to August 7.

This camp was organized for 30 local high school students through a collaboration between Yongin City, the Yongin Education Support Office, and Kyung Hee University's RISE Future Talent Center. On the first day of the camp, participating students attended special lectures on semiconductor and AI basics, a physical AI practical training, and a session on university career exploration, all at the Kyung Hee University International Campus Open Lab.

On the second and third days, students were divided into two groups to participate in semiconductor process experience and AI/maker-based practice at the Display Component and Material Regional Innovation Center (RIC Center) and the Open Lab.
