SK hynix Announces 375 Won Dividend per Share...Additional Shareholder Returns to Be Revealed in Q3
Dividend Announcement on August 7, Total Dividend Amount Reaches 273.3 Billion Won
SK hynix announced on August 7, 2026, that it will finalize and release additional shareholder return measures during the third quarter of this year to enhance shareholder value.
On the same day, SK hynix disclosed via the Financial Supervisory Service’s DART system that it has decided to pay a quarterly cash dividend of 375 won per common share. The total amount of this quarterly dividend is approximately 27.33 billion won. The record date for the quarterly dividend is set for August 31, and the actual dividend payment will be executed within one month from the record date.
Through its disclosure, SK hynix stated, "We are actively reviewing additional shareholder return measures to enhance shareholder value, and specific details will be finalized and officially announced within the third quarter."

In accordance with its current shareholder return policy, SK hynix is expected to allocate around 50% of its annual free cash flow (FCF) to shareholder returns. In the market, anticipation is growing that, thanks to a significant increase in cash generation driven by robust high-bandwidth memory (HBM) sales, SK hynix may carry out a large-scale share buyback and cancellation, or provide additional dividends.
