NAVER has retired its treasury shares worth a total of 1 trillion won to enhance shareholder value.
On the morning of the 7th, NAVER's Chief Financial Officer Heecheol Kim announced during the company’s second quarter earnings conference call, “To enhance shareholder value, we retired 4,901,094 treasury shares—which accounted for 3.1% of the company's total issued shares—on August 3.”
