Real Estate Search and Health Management AI Agents to Be Introduced
The monthly user count for Naver’s conversational artificial intelligence (AI) search service, “AI Tab,” has surpassed 10 million.
On the morning of August 7, during the company’s second-quarter earnings conference call, Naver CEO Choi Sooyoun announced, “As of early August, AI Tab has reached 10 million monthly active users (MAU), establishing itself as a new search experience.”

CEO Choi went on to add, “The weekly revisit rate, which indicates user loyalty, has more than doubled compared to the initial test period. In addition, the click-through rate (CTR) for shopping and local content has exceeded 40 percent, confirming that this is actually leading to purchases and bookings.”

Naver plans to accelerate advancement by introducing new AI services during the third quarter. CEO Choi announced, “In the third quarter, we will upgrade the real estate listing search feature and introduce a specialized web browser agent. Additionally, we plan to sequentially unveil a health agent within this year.”
