Five Weekly Flights Starting November 5
Ticket Sales Open August 10
Enhanced Competitiveness for North American Transfers and Cargo
The hybrid airline Air Premia will resume operations on the Incheon–Ho Chi Minh route after 3 years and 2 months.
Air Premia announced on August 7 that it will resume flights on this route starting November 5. Operations on this route had previously ended in September 2023.
Air Premia will operate the route five times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday). Flights will depart from Incheon International Airport at 6:40 p.m. and arrive at Ho Chi Minh Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 11:00 p.m. local time. The return flight will depart from Ho Chi Minh at 12:30 a.m. local time on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, arriving at Incheon International Airport at 7:40 a.m. The flight schedule may be subject to changes depending on government approval, so passengers should check the schedule before departure.
Ho Chi Minh City, the largest economic city and commercial hub in Vietnam, not only consistently attracts business travelers but is also a favorite destination for leisure travelers seeking tourism, cuisine, and cultural content.
Through the resumption of this route, Air Premia aims to expand transfer demand for its North American routes via Incheon and, by leveraging Ho Chi Minh's strong air cargo market, strengthen its competitiveness in both passenger and cargo transport.
Air Premia will deploy the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner for these flights. The aircraft features wide premium seats offering greater space than standard economy, as well as spacious standard seats, and provides reasonably priced services that include in-flight meals and checked baggage.
Tickets can be purchased on the Air Premia website starting at 10:00 a.m. on August 10. To commemorate the resumption of the Ho Chi Minh route, Air Premia is running a promotion offering up to 15% off all classes until August 17.
