[This Week's IPO] August 2nd Week Book-Building and Subscription Schedule
In the second week of this month (August), Skylabs will conduct a book-building process for institutional investors. Kido Industries, HATCHTECH, and NearthLab are preparing for their general subscription periods.

◆Skylabs= Skylabs is an “AI-based medical data platform company” that overcomes the limitations of conventional biosignal measurement methods through ring-type wearable technology, connecting daily life and clinical environments. The company is expanding its market dominance by building a product portfolio that spans both clinical and everyday use, including outpatient CART BP pro, inpatient CART ON, and the consumer product CART BP.
A total of 2 million shares are slated for public offering. The intended price range is between 13,000 won and 16,000 won per share, with a total offering size of approximately 26 billion won to 32 billion won. Book-building for institutional investors will take place from August 14 to 21, and general subscription from August 26 to 27. The lead underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.

◆Kido Industries= The intended price range for the offering is from 24,800 won to 28,400 won per share, and the total offering size is between 42.2 billion won and 48.3 billion won. Book-building for institutional investors was completed by August 6, and general subscription for retail investors will be held on August 11 and 12. The lead underwriter is Mirae Asset Securities.
Kido Industries, established in 1980, is a specialized OEM company for high-tech outerwear. Leveraging more than 40 years of experience in the manufacturing of functional apparel, the company produces outdoor and motorcycle clothing, and has established an integrated production system handling everything from pattern design, prototype manufacturing, and mass production to quality control.
◆HATCHTECH= The price band for the offering is between 23,000 won and 28,000 won per share, with the total offering size expected to reach approximately 23 billion won to 28 billion won. Book-building was completed by August 7, and the general subscription for retail investors will be open for two days from August 12 to 13. The lead underwriter is DB Financial Investment.
Founded in 2017, HATCHTECH is a global leader in the semiconductor sensor IC (Integrated Circuit) industry, having achieved domestication in the field of magnetic field sensors, which previously depended on overseas products. The company develops and supplies geomagnetic sensors, digital magnetic sensors, analog magnetic sensors, and environmental (temperature, temperature-humidity) sensors, expanding its presence in both domestic and international semiconductor sensor component markets.
◆NearthLab= The intended price range is between 30,000 won and 41,200 won per share, with a total offering size of about 27.3 billion won to 37.5 billion won. Book-building was completed by August 7, and general subscription will be held from August 12 to 13. The lead underwriter is Samsung Securities.
