On August 6, a B777 aircraft was being converted into a cargo plane at the IKCS cargo aircraft conversion facility, located within the Advanced Composite Aviation Complex of Incheon Airport in Yeongjong District, Incheon. With the full-scale operation of this conversion facility, Incheon International Airport aims to transform into a hub encompassing the high-value-added MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry. The airport also plans to facilitate the entry of domestic aviation parts companies into global supply chains and to help revitalize the local economy. 2026.8.6 Airport Press Photographers' Association
