Brand Mission: "Relaxed and Reliable" Airline Introduced
Distinctive Business Model SSC Unveiled
Short-Haul Routes to Maintain Competitive Fares
Long-Haul Routes to Enhance Convenience and Upgrade Quality
On August 6, Trinity Airlines held the "Trinity Airlines Brand Launch & Uniform Runway" event at Sono Felice Convention in Seoul, announcing its new brand vision along with a new business model, the SSC (Selective Service Carrier) strategy.
This was the first official event since the company’s name change, organized to introduce Trinity Airlines’ new brand identity and future direction for service innovation to both internal and external audiences. During the event, actual Trinity Airlines employees, including cabin and flight crew, walked the runway to unveil the new uniform.
On this day, Trinity Airlines revealed its new brand mission, "Relaxed and Reliable," aiming to provide a comfortable travel experience through safety and reliability while going beyond simple transportation. The company also shared its ambition to create a seamless journey that integrates both transit and stay, by leveraging the hospitality experience and network of Sono Trinity Group.
To achieve this, Trinity Airlines officially announced its new business model SSC, which provides core services that customers value most, tailored to the characteristics of each route and travel purpose.
Instead of indiscriminately increasing the number of services, this new service framework is designed to accurately identify and deliver the services customers truly need on each journey. With this approach, Trinity Airlines aims to move beyond the traditionally segmented business models of FSCs and LCCs in Korea by redesigning and offering airline services based on customer needs.
The key is to maintain competitive fares and efficiency for short-haul routes, while enhancing service quality and fare competitiveness by offering the most preferred services and greater convenience at both airport and onboard for long-haul flights.
To this end, Trinity Airlines opened a premium check-in counter at Incheon International Airport in February this year, and plans to gradually roll out tailored services to meet customer expectations, including airport lounge access, inflight entertainment (IFE), inflight internet (IFC, Wi-Fi-enabled), and high-quality inflight meals.
Services aligned with the SSC model will be gradually expanded from the latter half of 2026, as flights begin operating under the Trinity Airlines name.
In addition, a new loyalty program, part of a mileage service linked with the hospitality infrastructure of Sono Trinity Group's hotels and resorts, is planned for future rollout. Going beyond simple mileage accumulation, Trinity Airlines will offer a differentiated program that integrates airline, accommodation, and travel services into a single platform, covering the entire travel experience for customers.
Within this year, the airline also plans a complete overhaul of inflight meal services on long-haul routes. The improved meal service will be extended not only to existing long-haul routes but also to medium-haul routes such as Jakarta and Singapore. For long-haul journeys, two meal services will be provided per flight segment; for medium-haul, one meal service will be provided. In addition, business class will see the introduction of new perks such as side dishes (salad, fruit, bread) and alcoholic beverages (wine, beer), while the economy class menu will be enhanced with a wider selection of salads and beverages to further improve customer satisfaction.
The new uniforms unveiled at the event incorporated "Trinity Gray," the brand’s signature color, along with "Rose Gold" as an accent, embodying a sense of stability and reliability. The uniforms feature functional materials such as stretch fabric, allowing for greater comfort and range of motion during long working hours.

A Trinity Airlines representative stated, “This rebranding is not simply about changing the company name, but about redefining the reasons customers should choose Trinity Airlines.
