BLACKPINK Unveils 10th Anniversary Collaboration Goods with the National Museum of Korea
YG Plus announced on August 5 that BLACKPINK will unveil the 'BLACKPINK HERITAGE COLLECTION' in collaboration with MU:DS, the merchandise brand of the National Museum of Korea, to mark the group's 10th anniversary since debut.
The collection consists of seven items specially designed to commemorate BLACKPINK's 10th anniversary. Under the theme "Heritage, Where Time Becomes Value," it features elements symbolizing BLACKPINK's career alongside traditional patterns.
The product designs incorporate detailed patterns taken from the 'Empress Ceremonial Robe (Original Sketch),' an artifact belonging to the National Museum of Korea. The original sketch is a garment draft painted on Korean traditional paper that depicts pheasants and pear blossom patterns, created for the empress's ceremonial robe of the Korean Empire. The twelve lines of pheasants on the sketch symbolize the empress, while the pear blossom pattern represents the imperial family of the Korean Empire.
