On August 5, Hanwha Construction Division announced that it has developed a new type of play space design called "Next Flow," which allows for comfortable outdoor activities all year round.
Next Flow was designed so that young children can enjoy the fun of outdoor playgrounds while being less affected by weather and seasonal changes. By bringing together water play, relaxation, and play facilities all in one place, the focus is on providing residents with a new experience.

View original imageNext Flow consists of four different themes, which can be combined or applied individually depending on the size and characteristics of the complex. The space features a water playground with an integrated bridge. By using a bridge that crosses the sunken play area, the space can be utilized three-dimensionally, and a water fountain system and slides have been installed to create a play environment reminiscent of a water park.
During the seasons when water play facilities are not in operation, the bridge serves as a shelter that protects from rain, snow, and strong sunlight. The hilly terrain can also be used for mini plazas or small performances, transforming the area into a community space for residents.
Spatial design solutions that respond to climate change have also been implemented. The large bridge structure and separate shade facilities effectively block direct sunlight, while the surrounding landscape provides natural shade.
