Chair Park Heeseung: "Conclusion Expected by Tomorrow Morning"
The August 17 Democratic Party of Korea National Convention Election Commission has decided to reach a conclusion tomorrow regarding the complaints submitted about the posting of banners containing the phrases "Supreme Council Member Voting Guide by Birthday" and "100% Voting by All Members."
The commission's Fair Election Subcommittee held a meeting at the party headquarters in Yeouido on the 4th and came to this consensus after reviewing the issue. After the meeting, Park Heeseung, Assemblyman and Chair of the Joint Speech Subcommittee of the Election Commission, told reporters, "We only discussed the draft," and added, "The final decision must be made by the Election Commission, so it seems a conclusion will be reached by tomorrow morning."

Addressing the complaint about some pro-Lee Jae-myung lawmakers hanging banners in their constituencies featuring party representative candidate Kim Minseok's slogan, "100% Voting by All Members," Park said, "During general elections, isn't it common to encourage fair elections or voter participation? It was mentioned that this is probably not something that warrants disciplinary action."
