RaonMeta Significantly Enhances AI Job Preparation Service... Integrated Support for Interviews, Personal Statements, and Competency Assessment
RaonMeta announced on August 4 that it has significantly strengthened its artificial intelligence (AI)-based job preparation services to offer an integrated platform supporting everything from interview coaching to resume writing and competency assessment.
RaonMeta, a subsidiary of RaonSecure (042510), has enhanced its AI and extended reality (XR)-based practice platform, "Metademy," to newly support the entire job preparation process including AI interview coaching, AI competency tests, and AI personal statement analysis.
Users can use Metademy to practice interviews, assess their individual skills, and receive step-by-step support for resume and cover letter review throughout their job preparation journey.
The AI interview coaching presents customized questions for the target job role and provides feedback on the user’s answers. In particular, the XR-powered virtual interview environment is designed to let users experience scenarios similar to real interviews and develop practical response skills.
The AI competency assessment comprehensively analyzes responses to diagnose core competencies and suggest areas of strength as well as aspects that need improvement. This enables users to understand their own characteristics better and set clear directions for suitable career paths and job preparation strategies.
The resume and cover letter analysis features have also been enhanced. The AI reviews the structure and wording of the documents and suggests improvements so that essential experiences and competencies are effectively highlighted, thus raising the overall quality of the application.
This update expands the service to include foreigners and international students as well. By offering Korean language interview practice and multi-language conversion features, even users unfamiliar with Korean interviews can easily understand questions and systematically prepare answers.
RaonMeta will make the enhanced AI job preparation service free of charge until the end of this year. The company expects that users will be able to repeatedly practice interviews, competency assessments, and resume writing without any financial burden, thereby boosting their competitiveness in the job market.
To celebrate the service renewal, a special event has also been prepared. Users can receive entries in a draw to win the XR device "Meta Quest 3S" based on their attendance, and those who complete designated coding content modules will be reimbursed for their course fees.
Currently, Metademy operates more than 40 XR practice contents across 8 fields, ranging from AI-based job preparation resources to coding, welding, and heavy equipment operation. Users are not limited to simply watching lectures but can actively manipulate equipment and tools in the XR environment for hands-on, practice-centered training.
Yoon Wonsuk, Head of the Metademy Business Division at RaonMeta, remarked, "Job preparation requires sufficient practice and feedback at each stage, including interviews, competency tests, and document writing. Utilizing AI to support all these steps in a single platform reduces users' cost burden and enhances their real-world readiness."
