After inspecting the guest rooms, sanitation and safety facilities, and amenities, attendees went to the summit of Hanwoosan at night to directly check the conditions for stargazing.
The following day, a final inspection was conducted of the Hanwoosan Promotion Center, Sky Observatory, Flower Breeze Shelter, Dokkaebi Park, Tiger Park, and the various walking trails before the official opening.
Participants also discussed operational strategies to revitalize stay-type forest tourism at Hanwoosan Byeolcheonji.
They shared plans to expand tourism content utilizing the natural environment of Hanwoosan and its stargazing resources, as well as measures to establish a base for stay-type tourism in connection with regional tourism initiatives.

Its most notable feature is the ability to enjoy constellations and the Milky Way under the pristine natural night sky of Hanwoosan, which rises more than 800 meters above sea level and is free from light pollution.
Governor Tae Wan Oh stated, "We will thoroughly check every aspect of operations before the opening to ensure that Hanwoosan Byeolcheonji becomes Uiryeong's leading destination for relaxation and healing," adding, "We aim to foster the Hanwoosan area into a nationally recognized base for stay-type forest tourism, bringing new vitality to regional tourism."
Meanwhile, Hanwoosan Byeolcheonji is set to begin official operation in August after completing all preparations, including the announcement of its operating ordinance.
