First introduced last year, the 'Blind Theme Lunch' is an internal networking program where employees from different departments and positions can come together and share common interests.
This year, the company has greatly expanded the range of themes to better reflect everyday life. These now include topics such as "employees who married colleagues," "parents of children entering elementary school," and, more recently, sessions specifically prepared for new hires.
Participants share their perspectives on the corporate culture they have experienced since joining the company and exchange workplace stories, helping them adapt to their roles and establish a sense of camaraderie.
