Kim further stated, "How is this any different from the case of Choi Sangmok, who was indicted for delaying the appointment of a Constitutional Court judge? If the nomination of a successor is not made immediately, can the impeachment in the name of protecting the Constitution be avoided?"
On single-stock leveraged Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), which have been identified as a factor increasing stock market volatility, he commented, "The public is experiencing a sense of emergency," adding, "The party must respond with the same sense of urgency."
Kim asserted, "We must tackle the issue of leveraged ETFs strictly and vigorously, and the relevant party committee should be expanded and reorganized to include market experts from the private sector, with the party leader overseeing this directly."
