Mobile Vouchers Now Usable on Baemin App... Surpass 1 Million Registrations
Mobile Voucher Integration Introduced in September Last Year
Number of Available Dining Brands Expanded to 10
The number of meal brand mobile vouchers sold through KakaoTalk Gift that have been registered on the Baemin app has surpassed 1 million.
According to Baemin operator Woowa Brothers on July 30, the cumulative number of mobile vouchers registered via KakaoTalk Gift has exceeded 1 million, with total orders placed using these vouchers reaching approximately 800,000.
In September last year, Baemin introduced a mobile voucher integration feature that allows mobile vouchers issued by other platforms to be used within the Baemin app.
With the introduction of this feature, the number of orders increased, recently reaching about 100,000 per month. As the vouchers can now be used more conveniently, customer satisfaction has risen, which in turn has contributed to higher sales for partner restaurants.
Baemin plans to continuously expand the range of dining brands available. The number of partner brands, which was only 5 at the beginning, has now grown to 10. Partner brands include Baskin Robbins, Compose Coffee, Lotteria, Ddoochim, YoaJeong, Tous Les Jours, Dunkin, Pascucci, Shake Shack, and Paris Baguette.
Starting in August, Mexicana Chicken will also become available. For the first time among chicken brands, KakaoTalk mobile vouchers will be usable on Baemin.
