Wise Planet Company Submits Securities Registration Statement, Officially Initiates KOSDAQ Listing Process
Wise Planet Company has submitted a securities registration statement to the Financial Services Commission in preparation for its listing on the KOSDAQ.
According to Wise Planet Company on July 30, the number of shares to be offered is set at 1.6 million, with the desired price range at KRW 10,000 to KRW 12,000 per share. The total amount expected to be raised is between KRW 16 billion and KRW 19.2 billion. Only 21.12% of the shares will be available for trading on the first day, creating a very favorable supply and demand structure. The company plans to determine the offering price through book building in September and, after the general subscription process, is targeting to be listed in the second half of 2026. Daishin Securities is serving as the lead underwriter.
The company’s flagship brand, Dr. Piel, recorded sales of KRW 20.2 billion during the first half of 2026, marking 39% growth compared to the same period in the previous year. Nujam also strengthened its fundamentals by improving profitability amid stable sales. In addition to the growth of its own brands, strategic investments have become another key growth driver. Representative examples include Dalba (cosmetics), Vark (shoes), Chiyujae (hanok brand), DanSaek (femtech), and Wepun (corporate welfare and operation platform). These strategic investments serve to expand the company’s brand portfolio and growth opportunities, going beyond mere financial returns.
Wise Planet Company plans to use the proceeds from the offering to enhance the competitiveness of its core brands, expand its product portfolio, enter overseas markets, and make strategic investments and acquisitions in brands and companies with high growth potential. Through this, the company aims to accelerate the growth of its existing brands while continuously securing new growth engines.
