On July 29, NS Home Shopping announced that it has signed a "Mutual Growth Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)" with Homeplus Express and NongHyup Economic Holdings Co., Ltd. to ensure the stable supply and expanded distribution of high-quality domestic agricultural products.
This agreement was arranged to link the distribution capabilities of both companies following NS Home Shopping's acquisition of the Homeplus Express business, and to work with NongHyup Economic Holdings Co., Ltd. to broaden stable sales channels for domestic agricultural products.

According to the agreement, NS Home Shopping will support the expansion of outstanding agricultural product sales and the formation of stable trading relationships, while leveraging various sales channels such as TV home shopping, online, and mobile platforms to increase consumer access points.
Homeplus Express will promote the consumption and sales of domestic agricultural products by carrying agricultural products supplied by NongHyup Economic Holdings Co., Ltd. NongHyup Economic Holdings Co., Ltd. will ensure a stable supply of high-quality NongHyup agricultural products so that consumers can trust and purchase domestic produce.
Taking this agreement as an opportunity, NS Home Shopping will air a special program on August 5 to further promote the sales of high-quality domestic agricultural products supplied by NongHyup. Beginning July 30, Homeplus Express will hold a special sales event offering discounts on regionally sourced peaches, apples, zucchini, broccoli, and other selected local agricultural products. Both companies plan to link TV home shopping and offline store networks to expand sales channels for domestic produce and provide consumers with fresh, reliable agricultural products.
