Studio Samik Implements Interim Dividend Following Share Buyback
Studio Samik, an online home furnishing distribution company, continues its proactive shareholder return policy following the recent repurchase of its own shares, now implementing an interim dividend.
On July 28, Studio Samik announced that it had held a board meeting and resolved, as well as publicly disclosed, the agenda for an interim dividend payout.
According to the board resolution, Studio Samik will pay a cash dividend of 50 won per share. The total amount of dividends is 5.6 trillion won, with the record date set for August 14 and the scheduled payment date on August 27.
Studio Samik plans to continue its policy of high dividend payouts. Having established itself in the market as a high-dividend company through its shareholder-friendly dividend policy, the company aims to sustain a steady shareholder return system by firmly meeting the relevant requirements next year as well.

A representative from Studio Samik stated, "The resolution for this interim dividend was made in order to promptly and transparently share the company’s achievements with our shareholders," adding, "We will continue to do our best to enhance both corporate and shareholder value through various shareholder-friendly policies such as share buybacks and interim dividends."
