Namdong-gu, Incheon Supports Reemployment of Career Women with Pharmacy Assistant Training
Namdong-gu, Incheon announced on the 28th that it had produced 15 graduates through its "Pharmacy Assistant Training Program" to support the reemployment of women with career experience.
This program drew significant interest, with 76 applicants applying during the recruitment last month, and was conducted for 15 Namdong-gu residents who were selected through the process.
Pharmacists affiliated with the Namdong-gu branch of the Pharmaceutical Association served as instructors, providing trainees with a total of 100 hours of systematic job training, which included understanding pharmacy practice, computer program operation, and on-site practicum. Additionally, the course covered advanced training to enhance job market competitiveness, such as image-making, workplace etiquette, resume writing, and labor law.
