Lego Korea to Sponsor Korea's Largest Fan Creation Exhibition 'Koriabrick Party 2026'
Over 500 Works and Exhibits Unveiled
Lego Korea announced on the 28th that it will sponsor ‘Koriabrick Party 2026,’ the largest Lego fan creation exhibition in the country.
Organized and operated directly by the Koriabrick Party Secretariat and the Lego fan community, ‘Koriabrick Party’ is Korea’s premier annual Lego creation exhibition, now in its 6th year. This year’s event will be held at the Baekbeom Kim Koo Memorial Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, from August 1 to 2.
This year, around 200 Lego creators from Korea and abroad, including 30 overseas participants, will showcase approximately 500 works and exhibits. For the first time, Bricklink—operator of Lego Group’s brand experience center ‘Lego House’ and the Lego model digital design program ‘Bricklink Studio’—will officially participate.
To commemorate the 150th anniversary of Baekbeom Kim Koo’s birth, the event will greatly expand its exhibition of works with Korean themes. Visitors will be able to see reinterpretations of Korean cultural heritage in Lego bricks, including the large mosaic piece ‘Baekbeom Kim Koo 150th Anniversary Mosaic’ by Seniors Brick, ‘Gyeonghoeru’ by Heo Yoon-seong, ‘Hanyangjeondo’ by Gong Seunghyun, and ‘Gilt-bronze Maitreya in Meditation’ by Lee Yoonjo, which was selected as the model for this year’s official poster.
In addition, works inspired by popular culture such as ‘Huntrix’ by Lee Chanwoo and ‘BTS Arirang Performance Stage’ by Gong Minsik will also be featured. The exhibition will also present diverse attractions characterized by scale and detail, including a large 3.5-meter city diorama featuring a train by Kim Dongnam and Hwang Yongjun, fantasy-themed creations, and various motorized works using Lego Technic bricks.
