The Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association will collaborate with Hanwha General Insurance to foster the femtech industry.
The association announced on July 27 that it had signed a business agreement with Hanwha General Insurance at the latter's headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, on July 24, to promote women's economy and vitalize the femtech industry.

View original imageThis agreement was established to nurture the femtech industry, which will enhance the quality of women's lives, and to support the growth of women-led businesses. The signing ceremony was attended by Chang-sook Park, Chairperson of the Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association, Chaebeom Na, CEO of Hanwha General Insurance, and other representatives from both organizations.
The two organizations agreed to work closely together in the following areas: ▲ fostering the femtech industry and vitalizing the ecosystem in the fields of women's health and lifestyle ▲ providing education, seminars, and networking to support the foundation for the growth of women-led companies.
They also plan to seek collaborative business opportunities to exchange wellness-related information for women's health and to develop customized financial and insurance products aimed at creating a stable business environment for women entrepreneurs.
