Dongyang, an affiliate of Eugene Group, announced on the 27th that it has relocated to the new Eugene Group office building in Gongdeok-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

View original imageThe new Eugene Group headquarters to which Dongyang has moved is located at 130 Mapodaero, Mapo-gu, Seoul, in the "Eugene Mapo Building." Dongyang occupies the 6th to 8th floors, with a total exclusive area of approximately 1,450 square meters.
Dongyang has created an efficient workspace in the new headquarters, based on the "Work Anywhere" concept, allowing the company to respond flexibly to evolving work methods and organizational structures.
All meeting rooms are equipped with video conferencing systems to support smooth collaboration and decision-making. The office also includes dedicated personal spaces such as a "Focus Room" for concentration tasks, a "T-Care Room" for maintaining well-being, and a "Phone Booth" for private calls.
Key areas such as meeting rooms, executive offices, and storage spaces are modular, allowing the layout to be quickly rearranged as needed.
