By combining both companies' business and technological strengths, AJ Networks plans to expand its market share. Robotis AI specializes in AI mobility solutions and autonomous service robots. It is capable of in-house mass production of AI-powered autonomous robots, including indoor and outdoor delivery robots, and possesses advanced hardware technology, AI-based robot integrated control systems, and expertise in the customized design and operation of service robots.
The two companies will propose tailored robot solutions for key markets including: ▲ domestic delivery and logistics hubs; ▲ hospitality facilities such as hotels, resorts, and hospitals; ▲ large office buildings; and ▲ the food and beverage (F&B) sector. In particular, indoor delivery robots equipped with various physical interaction features—such as elevator integration for inter-floor mobility, multifunctional robotic arms for button operation, RFID (radio frequency identification) tagging, and knock functions—are expected to automate site services and improve work efficiency. Going forward, AJ Networks plans to leverage its nationwide B2B sales network in conjunction with Robotis AI’s technical support capabilities to provide consulting for the introduction of robots tailored to customers’ operating environments and business objectives.
