At the summit held on the 24th (local time), Chairman Lee stated, "If we combine the strengths of Korea and the United States, we can innovate faster, achieve greater growth, and solve tougher challenges. The AI era cannot be advanced by the power of a single company or country alone. Not only is it essential to build a perfect ecosystem that includes innovative AI models, cutting-edge semiconductors, data centers for reliable services, and ample power supply, but global collaboration that transcends borders is also indispensable."
He further explained, "The United States has the world’s best foundational AI technologies, platforms, and outstanding talent, while Korea possesses unrivaled competitiveness in semiconductors, devices, and advanced manufacturing."
Chairman Lee also remarked, "Each time I visit Silicon Valley, I am amazed by the speed at which AI is transforming our lives and the world. How we develop and utilize AI will determine the shape of our future. The ways humanity works, thinks, and lives are being fundamentally changed."
He went on to emphasize, "Samsung has always practiced its management philosophy of contributing to human society through technology. Going forward, in step with the global community, we will continue to innovate toward safe AI that enriches human life."
Chairman Chey said, "Our goal is for every citizen to have at least one AI agent. This would make Korea the global testbed where AI can be implemented and experimented with. Korea must become an AI-native nation. As the President mentioned, what we need is AI for everyone—physical AI."
He continued, "Whenever new technologies or apps emerge, they should come to Korean companies and the Korean market for thorough trials. Through constant research and development (R&D), we will provide even more opportunities."

He suggested, "Currently, AI costs are too high. We must use every possible means to bring down these costs so that many more people around the world can benefit from AI."
Additionally, he said, "Korea should produce more memory chips and build more AI data centers to strengthen global infrastructure. We must become a hub for AI data centers connecting the United States, Europe, and Asia. This is what will lower the cost of AI."
In addition, Chairman Chey underscored, "We need to minimize the negative side effects of AI. We must establish proper AI governance and create more jobs than AI eliminates. We must also protect the environment."
He added, "AI is still at its starting point. There will be much greater, limitless developments ahead, and I hope that Korea and the United States will join forces to build a much better AI infrastructure and ecosystem for a more mature period of development."
Chairman Chung stated, "We plan to create an open ecosystem to advance Korea’s robotics AI technologies," and "the results of collaboration with big tech companies must become the foundation for vitalizing Korea’s physical AI industry."
He went on, "Hyundai Motor Group will jointly build a robotics reference platform by combining our advanced robotics capabilities with Nvidia’s software development tools and solutions. We will create an environment in which academia and businesses can freely develop and verify within standardized hardware and software."
He emphasized, "Within this open ecosystem, the world’s best talent in physical AI will be nurtured, and in the near future, Korea will emerge as the global hub for the physical AI industry."

Chairman Chung explained, "Hyundai Motor Group’s approach to physical AI begins with the enhancement of intelligence in individual devices such as vehicles and robots, progresses to the intelligence of spaces such as AI factories, and ultimately aims for integrated city-level intelligence where all urban infrastructure is connected and operated organically."
He continued, "To realize this vision, we have world-class manufacturing competitiveness, leading robotics capabilities centered on Boston Dynamics, and are building a data flywheel system that links real-world data to sophisticated AI models. Through strategic collaborations with leading global tech companies such as Nvidia and Google, we are accelerating the realization of future physical AI."
