BNK Kyongnam Bank's Instagram and YouTube, which are operated in-house without outsourcing agencies, have been acknowledged for their overall excellence in content, service, and design by the Social i-Award evaluation committee, composed of 4,000 of South Korea's leading internet experts. As a result, they have been selected as exemplary cases of social media services.
BNK Kyongnam Bank uploads a variety of content on Instagram and YouTube with the concepts of "donghaeng" (walking together with the community), "seonhaeng" (creating a better society), and "yuhaeng" (leading change and innovation). The bank also features collaborations with local companies, stories of social contribution, and financial literacy programs related to these key themes.
In particular, the "Great Invitation" content, which falls under the "donghaeng" category, introduces regional small business cafes and restaurants, local attractions, and festivals. The "1-Minute Jobs" and "Allyeojussem" content, which are part of the "yuhaeng" theme, have attracted attention by delivering the latest financial trends and practical economic knowledge in a fun and easy-to-understand format.
