On July 24, Blue Industrial Development announced that it will conduct a third-party allotment capital increase worth approximately 4 billion won.
Blue Industrial Development will issue 5,012,531 new common shares at 798 won per share. The total value of the newly issued shares is 3,999,990,000 won. The allocation recipient is KBB Association, an affiliated company.
