On July 24, Blue Industrial Development announced that it will conduct a third-party allotment capital increase worth approximately 4 billion won.
Blue Industrial Development will issue 5,012,531 new common shares at 798 won per share. The total value of the newly issued shares is 3,999,990,000 won. The allocation recipient is KBB Association, an affiliated company.

The payment date for the new shares is scheduled for November 13, with the listing date set for November 27 of this year. The new shares will be subject to a one-year lock-up period following issuance. The raised capital will be used for company operations.
