NH NongHyup Bank Launches New Account for Pension Beneficiaries with Up to 3.1% Annual Interest

Available for Public, Veterans, and Basic Pension Beneficiaries
NH NongHyup Bank has introduced a checking and savings account for pension beneficiaries that offers preferential interest rates and fee waivers.
NH NongHyup Bank announced on the 24th that it has launched the "NH All Wonderful Happy Accompaniment Account."
This account provides preferential interest rates on daily balances of up to KRW 3 million as long as there is a record of pension deposits, without any complex transaction requirements. The base interest rate is 0.1%, and an additional preferential rate of 2.0 percentage points per annum can be earned when pension payments are deposited. Customers who receive their pension from NH NongHyup Bank for the first time are eligible for a further preferential rate of 1.0 percentage point per annum for one year, allowing for a maximum annual interest rate of 3.1%.
In addition, there are fee waivers on electronic banking transfers, ATM cash withdrawals at NH NongHyup Bank ATMs, and interbank transfer fees.
Eligibility includes recipients of National Pension, Government Employees Pension, Private School Teachers Pension, Military Pension, as well as other public pensions such as Veterans' Pension and Basic Pension.
