Since 2016, about 1,900 vocational high school students have participated in the program.
This camp gathered 120 vocational high school students from across the country, who attended the two-day employment camp held at the KB Kookmin Bank Ilsan Training Center in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, starting from July 22. The trainees received practical, work-oriented training reflecting the latest recruitment trends, including resume consulting, interview strategies tailored to different types, and mock interviews simulating real situations.
Notably, two new employees who joined KB Kookmin Bank through the specialized high school recruitment track, and who were themselves trainees in the previous session, participated to mentor students by sharing tips on how they prepared for employment and succeeded in getting hired. After the camp ends, each trainee will be assigned a dedicated employment consultant to receive regular career counseling and connections to desirable companies for six months, ensuring ongoing support for their job preparation process.
