Xenon Submits Preliminary Review Application for KOSDAQ Listing
Xenon has submitted a preliminary review application to the Korea Exchange for its listing on the KOSDAQ.
According to Xenon on the 24th, the company plans to use the IPO proceeds from this listing to advance the technology of its core proprietary platforms and solutions, such as 'XENOS' and 'OneAgent,' as well as to invest in research and development in physical artificial intelligence (AI). The company also intends to actively invest in recruiting top talent and expanding its global business, thereby enhancing technological competitiveness and strengthening the foundation for mid- to long-term growth. The lead manager for the listing is Samsung Securities.
Founded in 2017, Xenon started as an AI consulting company and has provided end-to-end services from problem definition and AI strategy development to development, implementation, operation, and maintenance for client companies. Based on the experience accumulated while addressing challenges across various industries, Xenon has expanded its business to include enterprise generative AI platforms, AI agents, and work automation solutions. The company is now growing into an Enterprise AI Transformation (AX) firm that supports the entire AI transition for businesses.
Xenon has developed 'XENOS,' an integrated generative AI platform for enterprise use. Focusing on its independently developed standardized solutions and platform lineup, Xenon has secured both business scalability and product competitiveness. XENOS provides, within a unified environment, all the features needed for adopting, operating, and scaling generative AI—including large language model operations (LLMOps), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI service development.

Suktae Ko, CEO of Xenon, stated, "Xenon has leveraged the extensive problem-solving experience accumulated across various industries to advance our proprietary platform, generative AI, and AI agent technologies." He continued, "Being one of the few domestic generative AI companies to record a profit for two consecutive years—and achieving over four times higher sales in the first half of this year compared to the same period last year—we have been able to follow a steep upward trajectory. Therefore, we have initiated the listing process via the general track rather than a technology special case."
