The victim, "B," suffered a stab wound to her abdomen and was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was found to be in stable condition and not in a life-threatening situation. Although the two are students at different schools, authorities confirmed that they were previously acquainted.
At the time of the incident, "A" reportedly chased after "B," who was fleeing with a weapon in hand, and committed the crime. Upon hearing screams and cries such as "Please help," "Save me," "Mom," "Call 119," "Call the police," and "Help me," residents immediately rushed to the scene.
Kim, a 69-year-old resident who directly subdued "A" at the scene, recalled, "The screams were loud enough to be heard 100 meters away. When I ran out barefoot, I found a high school girl bleeding and collapsed in front of my house. To prevent further attacks, I subdued the boy by pressing his neck with my knee and twisting his arm, then asked other residents to call the authorities."
Another young male citizen also stayed at the scene, helping Kim hold down both of "A's" arms until the police arrived. Another witness, a woman in her 60s, reported, "A woman who appeared to be the girl's mother was crying out, while people called 119 and 112."
