SK Telecom to Establish "SK Hyper" for AI Data Center Business... Plans 750 Billion Won Investment
On July 23, SK Telecom announced that it would establish and invest in "SK Hyper" for its AI data center business.
The number of shares to be acquired is 1,875,000, with an acquisition amount of 750 billion won. This amount is equivalent to 5.79% of its equity capital. The scheduled acquisition date is December 31, 2030. The purpose of the acquisition is to strengthen competitiveness in the AI data center business.
