Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City Office of Education is taking proactive steps to fully prevent any work vacancy at the frontlines of education and to establish a stable administrative support network by operating a 'substitute workforce pool.'
On July 23, the Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City Office of Education announced that it will publicly recruit participants for the 'Gwangju Area Educational Public Staff Substitute Workforce Pool' to address workforce shortages at schools and affiliated institutions caused by vacations or leaves of absence among educational public staff.
The Jeonnam Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education is publicly recruiting participants for the "Gwangju Area Educational Public Service Staff Substitute Talent Pool." Provided by the Jeonnam Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education.

Applicants must be residents of Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City who are 65 years old or younger, and they must meet the qualification requirements for each position. Notably, as long as an applicant meets the requirements, they may apply for multiple positions at once, expanding the options for local job seekers.
The final candidates selected through the review process will be registered in the substitute workforce pool for one year from the date of registration. If there is a vacancy or urgent workforce shortage among educational public staff at any school or facility, these registrants will be directly considered as substitute personnel.
