Sanofi Completes Dosing in Phase 1 Trial of 'Dupixent' Utilizing Alteogen's Technology

View original imageAccording to the clinical information site ClinicalTrials on July 23, Sanofi plans to complete its phase 1 clinical trial of Dupixent, administered in combination with Alteogen's hyaluronidase 'ALT-B4' (ingredient: verahyaluronidase alpha), by September.
This phase 1 trial, which began in June, was conducted on 40 healthy adult participants. The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and anti-drug antibodies (ADA) following the co-administration of Dupixent and ALT-B4.
