KB Kookmin Bank Partners with Samsung C&T and New Eye to Provide Exclusive Comprehensive Asset Management Services for Residents
Integrated Asset Management Services Covering Finance, Real Estate, and Taxation on Samsung C&T’s "Homnic" Home Platform
KB Kookmin Bank announced on July 22 that it had signed a "Strategic Business Agreement for Building a Collaborative Model for Stable Asset Management and Residential·Financial Synergy for Residents" with Samsung C&T and New Eye on July 21.
This agreement aims to provide residents with differentiated comprehensive asset management services by integrating Samsung C&T’s home platform "Homnic," KB Kookmin Bank's asset management capabilities, and New Eye's tax AI platform "TaxAI."
The signing ceremony was attended by Ji Soyoung, Head of the H&B Platform Business Team at Samsung C&T; Kim Donghyun, CEO of New Eye; Lee Yoonseok, Executive Director of the WM Promotion Headquarters at KB Kookmin Bank; and Jung Eunyeong, Executive Director of KB GOLD&WISE the FIRST Banpo Center, among other officials.
Through this agreement, residents will be able to use the "Homnic" app for ▲ comprehensive real estate, tax, and legal asset management services ▲ AI-based inheritance and gift tax real estate simulation ▲ financial benefit services, among others.
In addition, KB Kookmin Bank will offer customized asset management services to residents of the Banpo Raemian Trinity One complex, where "Homnic" will be implemented. Residents can use KB GOLD&WISE the FIRST Banpo Center and the Bangbae PB Center as exclusive service centers and receive not only asset management consultations but also comprehensive consulting services encompassing financial and non-financial fields, including tax, real estate, and legal matters.

Previously, Yang Jonghee, Chairman of KB Financial Group, emphasized at the "2026 Second Half Group Executive Workshop" held on July 10 that "the very reason for the existence and greatest competitiveness of a financial group is its ability to offer customers comprehensive financial solutions," and stressed the need to further strengthen WM (wealth management) competitiveness to respond to money movement trends.
