No Tae-moon Receives 5.7 Billion Won, Jun Young-hyun 2.6 Billion Won...Samsung Electronics Presidents Receive Company Shares as Long-Term Incentives
No Tae-moon, President and CEO of Samsung Electronics and head of the Device eXperience (DX) Division, received approximately 5.7 billion won worth of company shares as part of his long-term incentive (LTI).
On July 21, Samsung Electronics announced through a filing that a total of 928 executives have received company shares as part of their long-term incentives, disclosing detailed information. President No received 22,678 shares. At the base price of 254,500 won per share, this amounts to about 5.77 billion won. Jun Young-hyun, Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Samsung Electronics and head of the Device Solutions (DS) Division (Semiconductors), received 10,469 shares, equivalent to 2.66 billion won.
Park Hak-kyu, President and head of the Corporate Support Office, received 9,819 shares; Kim Yong-gwan, Head of Business Strategy for the DS division, received 9,990 shares; and Jeong Hyun-ho, Vice Chairman and advisor to Chairman Lee Jae-yong, was awarded 13,419 shares.

Samsung Electronics operates an LTI program for executives who have served for more than three years, providing compensation over the next three years based on business performance in the previous three years.
