For transactions at overseas merchants and through overseas direct purchases, users can accumulate 2% of the payment amount as points, without any spending conditions.
In the three major online shopping categories—comprehensive, fashion, and lifestyle—a special reward rate of 4% of the payment amount is provided as PayBook Money.
If a transaction of KRW 50,000 or more is made at merchants that support installment payments, an interest-free installment plan of up to 3 months is available. However, payments for utility bills, public charges, apartment management fees, public transportation, gift card purchases, and amounts paid using interest-free installment plans are excluded from both the previous month's performance calculation and PayBook Money accumulation.
To celebrate the launch, BC Card is holding a special event, providing all customers who issue a PayBook Card by December 31 with PayBook Money worth up to KRW 36,000, including a monthly shopping support of KRW 5,000 and an attendance reward of KRW 1,000 per month.
The card is available in domestic-only and international versions, and the annual fee is KRW 15,000.
