TXR Robotics Employees Voluntarily Purchase Company Shares... Strengthening Responsible Management
Purchase Period: One Week
Approximately 10,000 Shares Acquired
TXR Robotics announced on July 21 that all executives and employees voluntarily purchased company shares, demonstrating a commitment to responsible management and enhancing corporate value.
The purchase included participation from all executives, including CEO Um Inseop, and took place over approximately one week starting from July 13. The scale of the purchase was about 10,000 shares acquired through on-market buys.
This share purchase appears to have been decided to illustrate the executives' strong commitment toward business performance and continued growth. TXR Robotics signed a contract to supply modular lifting robots worth approximately 12.98 billion won to a global semiconductor utility installation specialist. The company's cumulative orders for this year have exceeded 20 billion won. Moreover, expectations are rising for additional orders, particularly in the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors.
