JW Pharmaceutical Confirms 99% Satisfaction Rate for Ducray Kertyol Exfoliation Improvement
JW Pharmaceutical announced on July 21 that "Kertyol Concentrate Cream," a product by Ducray, the cosmetics brand of French pharmaceutical company Pierre Fabre, received high satisfaction ratings for its exfoliating care in a survey targeting influencers.
JW Pharmaceutical revealed the results of this survey conducted in collaboration with beauty magazine "Singles." The survey was carried out by having 100 beauty influencers use the product directly for two weeks and then provide evaluations based on their experience.
The results showed that 99% of respondents felt an improvement in exfoliation after two weeks of use, and every participant stated they would recommend the product to acquaintances. Additionally, 93% reported feeling their rough and thickened skin becoming smoother within a week; among them, 48% noticed changes within just one to three days.
As for experienced changes, the improvement in exfoliation accounted for the largest proportion at 75%, followed by improvement in dryness (52%), skin texture enhancement (23%), and temporary itchiness relief through moisturization (16%). 73% of respondents said they used the cream primarily on areas prone to calluses such as heels, elbows, and knees, while 63% rated the absorption of the product as refreshing.
Kertyol is a low-irritation formula product for exfoliation and dryness care, intended to be applied twice daily to targeted areas of concern.
A JW Pharmaceutical official stated, "Through this survey of professional beauty influencers, we were able to hear direct feedback from actual users," adding, "Moving forward, we will continue marketing activities to better capture real consumer voices."
Kertyol is available for purchase on the official online store "JW-ON" and on the Naver Brand Store "JW Life & Health Mall."
