Exchange Launches KOSDAQ Transfer Listing Consulting for KONEX Companies
The Korea Exchange is offering one-on-one customized advisory services to KONEX-listed companies preparing for a KOSDAQ listing.
According to the Exchange on July 20, applications will be accepted from KONEX companies interested in transferring their listing, and approximately 10 companies will be selected to undergo due diligence, consulting, and other procedures.
The application period runs until July 31 of this month. If there are many applicants, selections will be made based on a comprehensive review of whether the companies meet the KOSDAQ listing requirements and the expected timing of the transfer listing, prioritizing those for which consulting would be most effective. Companies located in regions outside Seoul will receive preferential consideration.
Once the designated advisor of the consulting candidate company submits a 'pre-checklist,' the Exchange staff will review it and identify key issues. Afterwards, through a Q&A-style consulting session, the Exchange will provide feedback on shortcomings and propose reasonable improvement measures.
