Daangn Real Estate Completely Overhauls 'Easy-to-Read Registry Book' Service
Enhanced Analysis of Property Safety
On July 20, Daangn announced that its real estate platform, 'Daangn Real Estate,' will launch 'Easy-to-Read Registry Book,' a complete overhaul of its previous 'Simplified Registry Analysis' service.
The service, first introduced in November 2022, is now focused on helping users accurately assess the safety of a property for sale, based on accumulated user feedback.
Easy-to-Read Registry Book analyzes property safety through three main criteria: ▲ the impact of the mortgage amount on deposit protection ▲ the history of seizures resulting from the landlord’s failure to return deposits or delayed loan payments ▲ the possibility of ownership-related legal disputes. It also provides virtual screening results regarding the availability of guarantee insurance and applicable lease loan products.
The service further provides a 'Deposit Protection Action Plan' tailored to the characteristics of each property. This checklist-style guide covers essential steps tenants often overlook, such as the timing of moving-in reports, precautions when changing addresses, and instructions for filing dividend claims. The analysis can be downloaded as a PDF report.
