Police Investigation Underway
The police have launched an investigation after a couple in their 40s and their two children, both teenagers, were found dead in an apartment in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.
According to the police and fire authorities on July 17, a report was received at around 12:55 p.m. that a couple in their 40s had fallen from an apartment in Yonghyeon-dong, Uijeongbu.
Fire departments responded to the scene and transported the couple to a hospital, but both were pronounced dead.
Later, while the police and fire authorities were checking the residence of the family, the couple’s children, aged 12 and 8, were also found dead.
